Following the nation’s Roads Policing Units, this series, we’re with the Interceptors of Lincolnshire, Britain’s second largest county. From patrolling Boston, the town that has seen the nations greatest influx of immigrant workers; to policing Britain’s longest road, the A1, there’s never a dull moment for the unit.
Along with their pursuit training and high-speed patrol cars, the team are supported by the force’s secret weapon… the Dog Unit! Trained in tracking people, as well as detecting drugs and explosives, the dogs can make the difference between the Interceptors getting their man or letting them slip through the net.
